Jeffrey and Peaches, originally from Jamaica, now live in downtown Cleveland. Thirty years after flipping burgers at MacDonalds, they've now just opened their third restaurant with a business model that emphasizes treating employees as community. We met them in Cleveland's Public Square during the Republican Convention.
